The purpose of this contract is to give your written consent to Taylrd Media to perform the services requested and that your work may be used in additional ways beyond the purpose of the shoot such as advertisements, online portfolios, and social media posts. This contract is drafted specifically to protect Taylrd Media and all associates of our organization. Associates can be found at taylrdmedia.com/creatrmembers.
Contracted Package
Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the client incurred by the creator will be billed directly to the client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added. For your convenience, payments to Taylrd Media and all applicable associates can be made by Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card, Afterpay, and PayPal.
Expiration and Liability
Expiration: This contract does not expire. Liability: It is understood that Taylrd Media is only liable for services completed and provided by the creator and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall Taylrd Media or any applicable associates be liable for consequential damages of any kind. This includes but is not limited to financial damages, defamation, or emotional damages caused by outside vendors or any of their registered companies.
